Your estimate

How many tiles for your space?

Enter your details and calculate to see how many tiles you need.

This area-based estimate does not account for grout joints or layout. Confirm actual dimensions and tiles per box before ordering.

How the calculation works

Tiles needed = area to cover (m²) ÷ area per tile. Area per tile = width (cm) × length (cm) ÷ 10,000.

For a cutting allowance, multiply the unrounded tile count by (1 + allowance percentage ÷ 100), then round up to a whole number.

A worked example

For 20 m² with 60 × 60 cm tiles, each tile covers 0.36 m². You need 56 tiles, or 62 tiles in total with a 10% allowance.
